J. Turner surveys excellence in nationwide properties across various online resident satisfaction review sites to determine an Online Reputation Assessment (ORA™) score. Only the top 1% of properties in the nation in make the elite list. Over 140,000 properties competed to claim a spot in 2023, with only 1,285 properties earning this distinction. The Kensington’s inclusion among the Elite 1% for 2023 was its 10th consecutive appearance since the list was established in 2014. As of March 2024, The Kensington is now tied for #1 in the ORA rankings for all of Boston.
Reputation, a global leader in reputation performance management, recently announced its 2024 Reputation 800 Winners, a top recognition for properties with best-in-class brand reputation. To make the 800 list, properties must achieve a score of 800 or higher due to their focus on high customer satisfaction. The Kensington, which is managed by Bozzuto Management Company, achieved a score of 937, claiming the #1 spot in Boston for Bozzuto properties.
