Joe serves Kensington Investment Company as Senior Vice President of Real Estate and Capital Markets. Located in our Utah office, he oversees real estate acquisitions, development project capitalization efforts, and operating property financing and profit maximization activities.
Previously, Joe worked in investment analysis and valuation for MGM Resorts in Las Vegas, where he was responsible for building investment models and feasibility processes across the company’s gaming, hotel, food & beverage, retail, and entertainment business lines. Prior to that he was an Associate in the real estate valuation practice at KPMG, LLP.
Joe earned his bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University and a Master of Science in Real Estate and MBA from the University of San Diego.
