Kayla is the Manager of Legal Administration at KIC, where she provides operational and strategic support to the legal department, including paralegal services and administrative oversight, with a strong focus on corporate governance, entity and corporate records management, and regulatory compliance. She also provides executive-level support to KIC’s Chief Legal Officer.
Prior to joining KIC, Kayla worked as a Mortgage Loan Analyst at Salem Five Bank and previously served as a paralegal at Doonan, Graves & Longoria LLC. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Salem State University and a Certificate in Paralegal Studies from Boston University. She is also a Massachusetts Notary Public and an active member of the Massachusetts Paralegal Association and the National Federation of Paralegal Associations.
Outside of work, Kayla enjoys spending time with her family, attending concerts, and cheering on her favorite Boston sports teams—especially the Boston Celtics. A proud Gloucester native, she values her strong connection to the local community.
