Sam serves as Chief Financial Officer at Kensington Investment Company, where he oversees budgeting, forecasting, and consolidated reporting for the firm’s real estate portfolio. He also leads the strategic financing of the company’s real estate assets, helping to guide long-term financial planning and investment decisions.
Prior to joining Kensington, Sam worked at The Fallon Company as Managing Director of Finance, where he directed the organization’s accounting, finance, and treasury functions.
Sam holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Plymouth State University.
