Sam serves Kensington Investment Company as the Chief Finance Officer. In this role, he focuses on the budgeting, forecasting, and consolidated reporting of the real estate portfolio as well as the strategic financing of the various real estate assets. Prior to joining Kensington, Sam worked for the Fallon Company as the Managing Director of Finance where he directed the accounting, finance, and treasury functions of the company. Sam holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Plymouth State University.
