Sam joined Kensington Investment Company with five years of engineering and maintenance experience, most recently serving as Building Engineer for Unico Properties, where he managed operations for downtown Class A office towers.
Born and raised in Salt Lake City, Utah, Sam is an avid sports fan, cheering for the Atlanta Braves, the Utah Utes, and his alma mater, Utah State. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his dog, Odie, a playful boxer-lab mix.
