Sebastian serves at Kensington Investment Company by managing turnovers and maintenance tasks with efficiency and attention to quality, while also supporting the CAPEX team as needed. He is committed to providing exceptional service to both residents and the company, stepping in wherever help is required.
Before joining KIC, Sebastian owned and operated Marines Brothers Painting for eight years, focusing on painting as well as carpentry, drywall, and plaster work. After selling the business, he spent two years leading projects and teams for a company that had previously contracted his services, ensuring work was completed efficiently and in an organized manner. He then gained specialized experience in industrial painting through the painters’ union, including advanced techniques for large-scale metal structures. Later, he joined WT Kenny as a project coordinator, focusing on problem-solving and the proper execution and sequencing of work.
In his free time, Sebastian enjoys spending quality moments with his family, skiing during the winter, and when in Colombia, caring for his animals—especially horses, which are among his greatest passions.
