
Ted serves as Senior Vice President of Capital Projects at Kensington Investment Company, where he is responsible for enhancing the quality and value of the firm’s real estate portfolio. In this role, he leads and manages capital improvement and value-add initiatives across all properties, ensuring projects are executed efficiently and to a high standard.
Ted earned his Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from McGill University and holds both Massachusetts Real Estate and Construction Supervisor licenses.
Prior to joining Kensington, Ted worked with Akelius Real Estate Management as a Construction Manager for the Boston portfolio, where he oversaw building restorations and capital improvement projects. Earlier in his career, he was involved in construction management in Vancouver, British Columbia, where he managed large-scale infrastructure projects.
