Denice serves as Executive Assistant to the President of Real Estate Operations and as Service Excellence Manager for Kensington Investment Company’s Boston office. In her Executive Assistant role, she supports the Executive Operating Group and the Real Estate Team, helping to coordinate priorities and streamline operations. As Service Excellence Manager, she monitors and ensures the quality of services provided to residents across Kensington’s real estate portfolio.
Denice began her career as a Litigation Paralegal at D’Amico Burchfield, LLC, where she gained versatile experience that paved the way for her transition into executive support roles.
In her free time, Denice enjoys fitness, dancing, and following all things related to Boston sports.
