Eliomar Ortiz is the Manager of People and Culture at Kensington Investment Company. He plays a pivotal role in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes, benefits administration, managing social media platforms, and serving as a point of contact for troubleshooting HRIS systems, benefits, and payroll.
Prior to joining KIC, Eliomar worked as an HR Generalist for Airport Terminal Services at Boston Logan Airport. In this role, he was responsible for recruiting personnel for all the airlines serviced by the company. He also managed HRIS systems and payroll, handled employee relations issues, and conducted monthly and quarterly reports and audits.
Eliomar obtained his bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Massachusetts at Lowell.
Outside of work, Eliomar enjoys a range of activities, including fishing, snowboarding, golfing, playing video games, traveling, and spending quality time with his family. Additionally, he proudly serves as an active member of the Massachusetts Army National Guard.
