Jose is responsible for overseeing the maintenance of all residential properties at Kensington Investment Company, with a primary goal of delivering a high level of service excellence. In his role, he ensures that properties are well-maintained and that residents’ needs are addressed promptly and effectively.
Prior to joining KIC, Jose worked at Royal Sonesta Hotels as a Shift Engineer, where he gained valuable experience in building operations and maintenance.
Jose was born and raised in Cambridge, Massachusetts, where he currently resides with his girlfriend and their two children. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with family, traveling within the United States, and exploring great food.
