Mike is the VP of Residential Real Estate, overseeing the day-to-day operations at 28 Exeter, as well as representing ownership interests & decision making at The Kensington Tower and Astra Tower. His goal is to drive NOI at all residential properties while achieving high service excellence and retention.
Prior to joining the Kensington team, Mike spent 6 years at The Dolben Company gaining Real Estate Management experience. After two lease-ups at One North of Boston, he became Property Manger at TRAC 75 overseeing marketing, retention, leasing and financial reporting.
Mike is originally from Williamstown, MA and went on to graduate from Curry College with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management. He has resided in the Boston area since 2009, a big Boston sports fan and he enjoys hiking, kayaking, running and live music.
