As Chief Legal Officer, Megan provides daily legal counsel to Kensington Investment Company and its affiliate, Grand Circle Travel. In this role, she advises on a wide range of legal matters, supporting the organization’s operations and strategic initiatives.
Prior to joining KIC, Megan worked at Butters Brazilian LLP, where her practice focused on civil business litigation, including general business disputes, contract matters, and employment law.
Megan brings over 20 years of legal experience to her role. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the College of the Holy Cross and her Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School. She is admitted to the Massachusetts Bar.
Megan resides in Millbury, Massachusetts with her three children.
