Mike serves as Vice President of Residential Real Estate Operations at Kensington Investment Company, where he oversees the day-to-day operations at 28 Exeter and represents ownership in decision-making for The Kensington Tower and Astra Tower. His primary focus is driving net operating income (NOI) across the residential portfolio while maintaining high levels of service excellence and resident retention.
Prior to joining Kensington, Mike spent six years with The Dolben Company, where he built extensive experience in real estate management. Following two successful lease-ups at One North of Boston, he advanced to Property Manager at TRAC 75, overseeing marketing, leasing, resident retention, and financial reporting.
Originally from Williamstown, Massachusetts, Mike earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Curry College. He has lived in the Boston area since 2009 and is an avid Boston sports fan. In his free time, he enjoys hiking, kayaking, running, and attending live music events.
