Noel serves as Real Estate Advisor and Director of Facilities at Kensington Investment Company. In this role, he oversees the day-to-day operations of the company’s active real estate portfolio in Boston, manages capital expenditure (CapEx) projects, and leads service excellence initiatives across the organization.
Originally from County Leitrim, Ireland, Noel immigrated to Boston in 1985. He brings decades of hands-on experience in real estate and construction management. He spent 10 years with McDevitt Realty in Brighton, Massachusetts, where he focused on renovating and maintaining multifamily properties and residential additions.
Noel also attended Wentworth Institute of Technology and obtained his Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License. Prior to joining Kensington, he worked with Shuman Building Corp as a Construction Supervisor, further strengthening his expertise in construction and project management.
